Product Description
This detailed kit is fine representative of many false fronted, wooden, clapboard sided, commercial and retail structures built during the 1830's thru 1890's in small towns and cities all around North America. It makes a classic wooden two story structure that can fit in into almost any era of modeling.
Hand poured resin casting walls, roof and interior flooring, along with cast pewter detailing.
Footprint of structure (not including sidewalk) is: 3 1/8" wide x 4 1/8" deep x 4 5/8" tall.
