This is a fantastic block of buildings!
It starts with the very classic 1929 Gas Station Super Kit (SS1101) with its' great super detailing both inside and out with plenty of tools and service station parts.
Next we include the popular billboard kit with 2 billboards (SS1155) with it's many options of signs to hang.
Then we add three very popular Super Kits of some of our row houses (SS1103, SS1104, & SS1105), the New York Brownstone, the San Francisco Apartments, and the Chicago Townhouse - which give you a nice 1890's to current era styling!
Then we give you many street details such as storm sewer gratings, manhole covers, fire plugs, street lights, and much more (even junk for the back yards!) to make a diorama or layout really WOW your friends!
Most detail parts (over 200) are hand cast pewter with many quality raised ink and embossed facing sheets for 3D realism. Save well over $100.00 if items were to be purchased separately!
Footprint of our built up kit is approximately 20 inches long x 9 inches deep (depending on your arrangement of the buildings).
