Product Description
The Baker Boiler kit is a very nice detailed kit of both the 150 horsepower rated Baker Manufacturing boiler and the plumbing (including the very highly detailed Blakeslee steam powered water pump) to the steam engine (not supplied). It uses hand cast pewter details along with our own carefully raised print brick papers and brass rods & tubing.The boiler measures not less than HO scale 10' tall x 109" wide x 20' long in order to develop the 150 HP that it is rated for. It may be made larger (longer) for more horsepower as well, if you wish.The smoke stack measures 21 HO scale feet above the boiler top (may be reduced or extended as needed for your application).
Hand cast intricately detailed high grade pewter parts, along with detailed brick facing paper, brass rod 'plumbing', and brass tubing are able to complete a large high pressure boiler in HO scale (non-working). Goes perfectly with our Clark 150 HP Steam Engine Kit SS-9104.
