5 Correct title

These are actually Fire Dept. connections for support of the building's fire sprinklers. "Fire Plug" is an archaic term and "Wall Hydrants" are outlets on the far side of the building fed from the sprinkler system and now seldom used. I'd like to see you produce a Post Indicator Valve, or PIV. These are quite common at modern industries and used to shut off the sprinklers fed by municipal water services.

These really look great on the building especially when you had the small sign and water dong above the plug.

Pick a building and drill the small hole to set the fire plug into. Paint it a metallic gold color to simulate the brass, and glue it in the hole with ACC. It gives you the feel of a downtown that doesn't use streetside fire hydrants.
