This is a representative model of an early 1900's single story ornately detailed brick steam powered electric generating powerhouse or plant based on a design originally found in Des Moines, Iowa. Great detailing of the round brick chimney, large windows and doors, along with rooftop details!This kit of hand poured resin and hand cast pewter details includes a resin smokestack, pewter multi-pane skylights, & pewter 24" ventilators.
Unpainted resin and pewter kit. Footprint is: 6.75" x 4.25" x 3.50" tall, with an externally located smokestack and base (1.25" x 1.25") towering upward to 8.25".
