This building is a 100 window, 3 story flat roofed industrial building with a water reservoir tank on the roof, a 3 story fire escape system, and a great track side wooden loading dock! This is a great factory to help keep your local work force employed and busy. It can be used for many industries as a manufacturing plant orwarehouse storage building.
