Product Description
Solid 3 story brick building built in 1875 (common of buildings designed and constructed from 1865 thru 1910) made of hand poured cast resin, that is easy to assemble and paint - giving the appearance of a much more expensive kit than it is! Also includes cast pewter chimneys and brass & pewter downspout details. This kit also works well as an office buidling or retail store with upstairs apartments!
Note that we have an extra detail kit (SS7244), that helps to add extra realism to this kit! Order it too!
Footprint: 3" wide x 6 5/8" deep x 6 5/8" tall.
Also available is our false front version of this kit (SS1707) with reduced side wall depth to 1 3/4".
