This building's prototype is found in Durango Colo, and follows many similar buildings built in the late 1800's all around the US. It features resin cast walls with much stonework detailing, along with a few extras for added detailing.
Easy to paint & assemble - it can be 'occupied' within hours!
footprint is: 4.0" wide x 8.0" deep x 7.0" High; HO Scale hand poured resin kit with hand cast pewter & scale lumber.
