Based on the actual building in Silverton Colorado, this is a classic 2 story cut stone building (rented retail downstairs, union hall upstairs), with a decorated front face and 'wooden' sidewalk out front.
Easy to assemble and very good looking when completed!
Made with hand poured cast resin walls and roof along with several hand cast pewter details and brass rod downspouts.
