70 foot turntable kit
I am not yet finished with the project, as life temporarily got in the way. However, so far it seems to be going well. One thing I did do differently was the construction of the turntable pit. The instructions call for a one foot square assemblage of different dimensions of plywood with a center hole cut to size. This would have required considerable dismantling of existing track-age and sub-roadbed. Instead, I had a friend 3D print the turntable pit to size, and can install it on the existing layout without tearing up nearby track-age and sub-roadbed (1" extruded foam on 1/2" plywood). I am unable to attach a photo, but can supply one if requested.
