TW Snow (based in Chicago Illinois area) made many coaling tower designs for many different railroads aroung the country.
In this newly revised model kit is a unique structure with a rounded steel coal storage area and the abliity to load two steam engines simultaneously. A below ground coal dumping pit and a seperate elevator motor shack (with interior detailing) is included for even more detail. This kit also includes a pewter sanding (loading) system for locomotives.
Included are many hand poured cast pewter details along with scale lumber including precision cut 'I' beams.
This kit stands at over 9.75" tall with a footprint of 2" wide x 7" deep, including the coaling loading pit area (approx. 1" deep).
