Hand poured resin 'concrete' inspection pit (1) for easy cleaning, repairing or just polishing your engines underneath.
With steps down on one end, and drain in opposite end, and an inset area for rails (HO standard gauge spacing).
May be used inside an engine house or outside.
Measures 6.25" long x 1 3/8" wide x 1" deep (easily installed under trackage).

Great detail crisp casting
Will work well in a roundhouse model

39 Ft. Locomotive Inspection Pit
I needed a short pit in my service yard and the Scale Structures casting was perfect. The casting required little trimming and was easy to slot into the foam insulation base on my layout. It was easy to paint and weather and I had no problem laying the track over it.
